• Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
• Orders placed on the same day as delivery will have an additional charge of 15% of the total purchase.
• Orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed.
• In case of cancellation, it must be done within 24 hours to receive a full refund. If this time frame is not met, a credit valid for 1 year will be issued.
• Delivery services have an additional cost depending on the location.
• Delivery services are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Upon arrival at the delivery location, a maximum of 15 minutes will be allowed for the recipient to receive the order. If this time is exceeded, their turn is forfeited and a new delivery charge must be paid.
• All arrangements are made similar to the catalog. If a flower or product is unavailable, it will be substituted with a similar one.
• Colors are subject to availability.
• If there is a valid discrepancy with our products, a 30% refund of the total order will be issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect information or lack of product availability. This will be communicated in advance.
